Reviewers wish the shorts were thicker and the jacket graphics were stitched rather than printed, and the braid wig costs extra.
Spirit Halloween Kids Rumi Costume
For kids, this is the one that looks like the movie: a real zip-up moto jacket over a tank, shorts and striped boot covers, in XS (2–4) to XL (14–16). Parents rate it 4.6 on Spirit's site, but one found the turtleneck tight and cropped while the shorts ran big, so size up. Buy it from Spirit, since on Amazon only resellers have it, at a markup.
Spirit Halloween Kids Zoey Costume
Zoey's look as proper separates: the teal halter, baggy blue-and-yellow pants, armband pouch and tassel, held with buckles and zippers rather than Velcro. Parents on Amazon (4.5 stars from 38 reviews) say it doesn't feel like a knockoff. Sizes run inconsistent, so check your kid's height against the chart.
Disguise Kids' Rumi Classic Costume
Half the price of Spirit's and still licensed. The trade-off: the shorts and necklace are printed onto a one-piece suit, and only the jacket with its shoulder armor is a separate piece. It comes in 4–6X to 10–12, and it's out of stock on Amazon, so this link goes to Target.

If your kid (or you) will keep wearing it after October, buy the jacket instead of a costume. It's the official Netflix Shop jacket, fleece-lined, unisex XS to 3XL, and cheaper on Amazon than Netflix's own $89.95. Pair it with a white top, shorts and the braid.
Spirit Halloween Adult Rumi Wig
Spirit's adult Rumi costume doesn't include the hair, and this licensed wig is its match: one long purple braid, one size. It's $5 cheaper at Spirit than on Amazon. With no reviews on Spirit and a single two-star review on Amazon, it's a bit of a gamble.

Nerf KPop Demon Hunters Blades and Swords Set
One box arms the whole group: Zoey's three spirit blades, Rumi's Four Tiger sword and Mira's moon sword, all soft foam. That beats buying swords one at a time, since Disguise's single swords rate just 1.6 to 2.5 stars.
Getgal 24-Inch Purple Braided Ponytail
Rumi's braid for under $10. It ties onto your kid's own hair with an elastic, so it's lighter and cooler than a wig, and parents like it: 4.5 stars from 265 reviews. It isn't licensed, and it won't cover their own hair color.

How to choose
Spirit Halloween or Disguise? Spirit's sets, about $50 for kids and $70 for adults, are separate pieces: a real zip-up jacket, top, shorts and boot covers. Disguise's, about $25, are a printed one-piece suit with a jacket on top. They're cheaper and quicker to get into, but they look printed up close.
Sizing: Spirit's kids' sizes go by height. XS fits 36 to 41 inches, S 41 to 47, M 52 to 55, L 57 to 61 and XL 61 to 64. Spirit says to size up when in doubt, and parents say the tops run small. Disguise comes in 4–6X, 7–8 and 10–12.
On a budget: Disguise's Rumi ($25) plus the Getgal braid ($10) is the whole look for about $35, or about $45 with the glow tattoos. A Disguise HUNTR/X trio (Rumi, Mira and Zoey) is about $76.
